At Kid’s Country Club, our team is the foundation of everything we do. Meet Sarah Richards, School Director
With over 11 years of experience in early childhood education, Sarah Richards has dedicated her career to inspiring young minds and building a strong sense of community within childcare settings. She has worn many hats throughout her journey, from teaching children of all ages to training educators for leading childcare organizations. Her leadership experience as both a Director and Regional Director has given her a well-rounded perspective on creating environments where children can thrive, learn, and develop their unique personalities.
Sarah believes that children flourish in a safe, nurturing environment where they feel valued and inspired to explore the world around them. She is dedicated to building meaningful connections with children, families, and staff to ensure that Kid's Country Club feels like a true community for everyone involved.
As a mom, Sarah understands the importance of balancing home and school life. When she’s not at Kid's Country Club, you’ll often find her cheering on her son at his flag football games or her daughter on the volleyball court, baking up treats in the kitchen, or embracing whatever adventure her kids dream up next. She brings that same energy and creativity into her work every day, believing, as Maria Montessori said, that "the goal of early childhood education should be to activate the child's own natural desire to learn.
